How do I return an order?

Reason for returning the product: if you want to return the product because it is not what you wanted, or you would prefer to buy something else, please state that it is because you decline to accept the product. On the other hand, if you have received a faulty product, you must state this too and attach photos of the faulty product.
In any case, you have 15 days from when you receive your order to ask to return it, by following the aforesaid steps.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and without being used. If they are not, the company might refuse to accept the returned goods.
If a free gift was included in your order, this must be sent back too; otherwise the return will not be processed.

Return of textile products (clothing) and footwear:

 

In order to be able to return a textile product or footwear it is very important that the product is not used.

If we receive the item used, damaged, stained or with signs of having been used, such as perfumes, deodorants, worn soles or any other sign of use, the return will not be processed and will be sent back to your address, subtracting the costs of the relevant shipping costs from the amount of your order. All returned items are inspected.

 

You can try on the item to check if it is your size, if you like the way it fits… Just as you would in a store, but please do not wear it.

 

To receive a full refund the item must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all tags. In the case of shoes they must be returned in the original shoe box.

How much does a return cost?

The customer must pay the costs incurred in returning the products, which must be sent back by registered mail to the address that is specified.
Customers must return their package through an insured carrier.
If you are returning the goods because you decline to accept them: the customer must pay the costs incurred in returning the goods.
If the products are returned because they are faulty: you will be paid back the costs incurred in returning them. That is why; you must send us the receipt of the consignment or that of the postage.
